Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (HempAge AG, Industriestraße 14, 91325 Adelsdorf, info@hempage.de) of your decision to cancel this contract via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the model cancellation form or another clear statement electronically on our website at https://www.hempage.de/Widerrufsformular/. If you use this option, we will confirm receipt of such a cancellation (e.g., by email) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification about the exercise of the cancellation right before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
