Returns & Refunds – How Your Return Works at HempAge

If you are not satisfied with an item you ordered, you may return it to us within two weeks of receiving your goods. The relevant date is the day you received the shipment.

Please use only the enclosed “Return Form” for your return.

Below you will find all important information about the return process, costs, and refunds.


Return Period – How Much Time Do I Have?

You may return your order within 14 days (two weeks) from the date you receive your goods.

Please ensure that the items are:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Not soiled

  • In perfect condition

Items that are damaged, soiled, or washed cannot be accepted and we are not obliged to issue a refund in such cases.


Returns Within Germany

For returns within Germany, we charge a flat fee of €5 per parcel.

This amount will be deducted accordingly.

Please note:
An exchange via the return form is not possible for technical reasons.

If you would like a different size or variant, please place a new order separately in our online shop.


Returns from Outside Germany

If you are returning goods from a country other than Germany, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

Please ensure that your parcel is sufficiently prepaid.


How to Obtain Your Return Label

You can access and generate your return label directly from your order confirmation email.

Please have your order number ready. We will send you a new link for your return label.


Where to Drop Off Your Return

Please hand over your parcel exclusively at:

  • DHL locations

  • DHL parcel shops

  • DHL branches

  • DHL Packstations

This ensures that your return can be processed correctly.


Refund of the Purchase Price

As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, we will carefully inspect the goods.

If the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (value of goods).

The refund will be made using the original payment method.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days until the amount is visible in your account.


Important Notes on Product Inspection

We only accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and not soiled.

If an item is damaged, soiled, or washed, we are not obliged to accept the return or refund the purchase price.

Please carefully check your items and return them in their original condition.

Can I exchange items?

A direct exchange via the return form is not possible for technical reasons. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired variant.

Where can I find my return label?

You will find it in your order confirmation email. If you no longer have it, please send us a message including your order number.
