Returns
If you are not satisfied with an item you ordered, you can return it within two weeks (starting from the date the goods are received).
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made from outside Germany.
Return Instructions:
- Please use only the enclosed return form for the return.
Important Notes:
- We only accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged goods. Socks are excluded from return.
- If the goods are damaged, soiled, or washed, we are not obliged to accept the return or refund the purchase price.
Refund:
In case of a return, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (value of the goods).
