Which Countries Does HempAge Deliver To?

We currently ship to the following European countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary.

This allows customers in many parts of the EU to access sustainable fashion made from hemp and organic cotton.

Which Shipping Provider Is Used?

We ship your order with DHL GoGreen.

With DHL GoGreen, the CO₂ emissions generated during transport are offset through certified climate protection projects. This allows us to contribute to more responsible and sustainable logistics.

For us, sustainability doesn’t end with the product – packaging, logistics, and delivery are also part of our philosophy.

Within Germany, we also deliver to DHL Packstations. This is especially convenient if you are not at home during the day or prefer flexible pickup.

Important:
The delivery address does not have to be identical to the billing address. You can easily ship to an alternative address.

Delivery Times at HempAge

We know you want to receive your order as quickly as possible. That’s why we process incoming orders promptly and ship them within a short time.

Standard Delivery Times:

  • Germany: 2–3 business days

  • Austria: 2–3 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–5 business days

The delivery period begins after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

Please note that in exceptional cases – such as public holidays, seasonal peak periods, or external delays caused by the shipping provider – delivery times may be extended.

Our aim, however, is to dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

  • EU (excluding Germany and Austria): €15

What happens if I’m not at home during delivery?

DHL will inform you about the next steps. In many cases, your package will be available for pickup at a local branch or Packstation.
